The Tele-Dialysis service marks a transformative leap in how specialized kidney care is delivered across Jordan, making expert nephrology support accessible to patients regardless of their geographic location.

Through the SmartClinix solution securely integrated with the National Command Center at the Jordan Digital Health Center

Dialysis units in peripheral hospitals are now connected in real-time to remote nephrologists. These specialists are empowered with continuous live data streams directly from dialysis machines, enabling them to monitor vital treatment parameters as sessions unfold. In parallel, they have instant access to each patient’s full medical profile, including electronic health records, lab results, radiology reports, and medication history. This comprehensive clinical view allows nephrologists to provide precise, evidence-based guidance during treatment sessions, adjust prescriptions, flag early warning signs, and document recommendations directly into the patient’s file—ensuring seamless coordination with on-site teams.
