Developed in partnership with the Department of Health as part of our Public-Private Partnership established in 2018, Malaffi safely and securely connects all public and private healthcare providers, enabling the meaningful, real-time exchange of critical patient health information.

The Malaffi Provider Portal delivers clinical decision support by providing authorized healthcare professionals with instant access to comprehensive patient health information. Seamlessly embedded within each provider’s existing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, the portal requires no additional sign-in and can be accessed with a single click—eliminating workflow disruptions while maximizing clinical efficiency.
Healthcare providers gain access to a complete longitudinal view of each patient’s health journey, including demographic data, encounter histories, allergies, laboratory results, radiology images and reports, medications and immunizations, problems and diagnoses, procedures, clinical documents, vital signs, diagnostic tests, appointments, and family and social history. This comprehensive data integration empowers clinicians to make better-informed clinical decisions, enhances care coordination and transitions, reduces unnecessary duplication of tests and procedures, minimizes the risk of medical errors, and significantly improves patient safety and experience.

Security, Privacy, and Governance Excellence
Malaffi operates under the highest standards of data security and privacy protection, with robust governance frameworks endorsed by regulatory authorities. The platform’s “Break the Privacy Seal” feature ensures that access to sensitive health information—including certain infectious diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, substance abuse, IVF, and mental health conditions—is restricted to the highest level of authorized users and only when absolutely necessary for optimal patient treatment.
